Camp Spencer’s “The Decision” has been made

January 25, 2026

After weeks of speculation and months in free-agency limbo, Camp Spencer has officially made The Decision—and the grooming world is buzzing.

Spencer has parted ways with his former barber, Albert of Barbarie, a one-chair operation owned and operated solely by Albert himself. While the shop was efficient, sources close to Camp say the experience lacked warmth and individuality.

“It felt like an assembly line,” Spencer said. “Fifteen-minute cuts, no personal touch, not all that friendly. I just felt like another $50 in Albert’s pocket.”

With chemistry clearly missing, Camp began exploring options and ultimately signed with a new salon.

New Salon: Proper Gentleman

Spencer has officially taken his talents to Proper Gentleman Salon, where he was cut by Kate, a brunette alternate stylist already making waves early in her career. According to insiders, Kate delivered a strong debut performance.

The first cut was conservative—minimal length taken off—but intentional.

Camp reportedly wanted to “test Kate” and see if she could handle his hunky hair before committing to a more aggressive chop.

Early signs are promising, and sources confirm Camp will be back. There is also growing buzz that Spencer is considering letting the owner of Proper Gentleman take a shot at managing his luscious flow in a future session.

While Camp has signed with Proper Gentleman, the contract includes a flexibility clause, allowing him to walk away at any time should the situation no longer feel right.

For now, the fit appears strong—but as history has shown, nothing is guaranteed until the clippers come out.

This time, The Decision was first reported by The Niche Affairs correspondent Mada Revots.

Stay tuned. The season is just getting started. ✂️
